Report Cards
Report cards can be picked up in the main office on Tuesday, July 6 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Wednesday, July 7 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Summer School
Students can register for Summer School until 12 noon on June 30th by coming in to the PCVS Guidance office.
After this date students wishing to register for Summer School can go directly to Thomas A. Stewart S.S. on Armour Road beginning Monday July 5th at 8:00 am.
Guidance office hours:
July 5 and 6: 9 am - 1 pm, July 7: 9am - noon.
(closed for summer)
Aug. 30 and 31: 10 am - 2 pm, Sept. 1: 9am - noon.

Graduating from PCVS this year? Check this out!
Commencement will be held in the PCVS Auditorium on Friday, October 22nd at 7:00 pm. Invitations will be mailed in September, but don't forget to go to Guidance to hand in your form showing completion of community involvement hours. You absolutely cannot graduate without them!

PCVS Awards for Graduating Students
PCVS has a number of awards available for graduating students that are not based just on the highest mark in a particular subject. Please see the attached list of awards -- you may be eligible for an award ranging between $200.00 and $1500.00.
How to Apply:
Print off the application and fill it out, checking those awards for which you meet the criteria and would like to be considered. You must also submit, on a separate sheet, your qualifications for each award. Applications are due on Wednesday, June 30th, 2010. They must be handed in to Ms. Brenda Mancini in the main office at PCVS. Good luck!
